Conformity with limits on radiated disturbance above 1GHz
VCCI Council released the following information:
" We will start enforcement of conformity with limits on radiated disturbance above 1GHz of products subject to conformity verification report filing on and after October 1, 2010. However, for one year until September 2011 it is up to each member to decide whether or not he will opt in conformity assessment tests above 1GHz. Nevertheless, however, let us ask you to positively go ahead and ship products conforming to the 1GHz+ requirement by filing conformity verification reports on and after October 1, 2010 as if there were no 1-year grace period. This is because VCCI runs its operation based on CISPR standards transposed to Japanese standard by the Information and Communication Committee, and July 2007 Japanese standard says implementation of 1GHz+ should start in 2010."

IP Phone or ITE with VoIP function cannot get CCC certification
In order to be consistent with the policies released from MIIT, CQC said that for VoIP Phone relevant products, they shall not be issued the CCC or CQC Certification. Vendors who apply for the certification of these products must be strictly aware of the definition instead of the name of the products. Once the sample was found that it is a VoIP Phone relevant product, it cannot be tested and CQC will contact the CQC engineer to terminate this application.
VoIP Phone Definition: An independant phone equipment allowing telephone calls to be made over an IP network such as the internet. This technology also makes it possible to use VoIP to call into the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) system.
In order not to confuse other similar products, please check the below contents to make sure the certification category: The products not belonging to CCC and CQC's certification scope: Internet phone using using an Ethernet port and have sockets to connect one or more PSTN phones., IP Phone, VOIP gateway, etc.
