Our WiMAX Accomplishment
It can track back to 2004 in which Bureau Veritas ADT joined WiMAX Forum and Taiwan Broadband Wireless Communications Alliance when it comes to the development of our WiMAX testing capability. We are the 1st lab in Taiwan joining this organization. In the same year, Taiwan government initiated the Mobile Taiwan Project (M-Taiwan) to encourage mobile life industries and create a high quality, world-leading mobile environment and society. 2 years later, we are qualified as a M-Taiwan certification testing lab. In 2007, WiMAX Forum announced it has selected BV ADT as the 1st Asian certification testing lab of both fixed and mobile WiMAX certification services. We are the only lab that can offer the one-stop service including regulatory test, WiMAX Forum certification test and M-Taiwan certification test on WiMAX products.

 How can I apply for a WiMAX Forum Certification?

 WiMAX Forum developed an integrated application system called WiMAXCert Tool. All WiMAX Forum Certification projects have to be applied through this website.

 Roll down to the bottom of the "Member Home" page. There is a column named "Certification Resource", and click the link named "WiMAX Forum Certification Program and labs".

You can find and click a blue tab named "Click her to access WiMAXCert" to reach WiMAXCert Tool.

 How can I get a WiMAXCert account?

 If you are a principle member, you can get an account through WiMAX Forum Website. Please remember one Principle Member Company can have 2 WiMAXCert accounts only.
If you are not a principle member, you are not authorized to use WiMAXCert and apply Certification Testing.

 How can I apply for being a principle member?

 The criteria are on the WiMAX Forum website (http://www.wimaxforum.org/kmembership_info/company_membership_types/). You can apply the membership through the website.

 What documents we will meet after registering on WiMAXCert?

 First, you will have to sign an NDA coded by WiMAX Forum. Then, Bureau Veritas ADT will assist you in completing the other MUST documents and steps. Some technical documents should be applied for certification test. More details you can contact Bureau Veritas ADT. We are pleased to answer all questions from you.

 I am an ODM/OEM. I and our customer are both principle members. May I apply the certification test of their product on behalf of my customer?

 According to the current policy, the owner of the product shall be the only one that can apply for certification for such product.

 How much does a WiMAX Forum Certification Test cost?

 The price of WiMAX Forum Certification Test is fixed and approved by WiMAX Forum Board. Member company can login Member Website to see the price publicly disclose to all WiMAX Forum members.
